Managing a store requires multiple users with specific roles such as Manager and Assistant. With Laundry Grow, you can add as many users as needed, each with defined access limitations.

Manager

If you operate multiple branches, the Manager is the key person to handle store operations. They can access almost everything except sensitive billing sections such as Cashflow, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Ledger. All other options remain accessible.

Assistant

Assistants can only access Order Management, Customer Management, POS, and some Reports. They are restricted from all other sections.

How can I change a customer’s password in Laundry Grow?

Go to User Management → Add User to view the user list. From there, click on Change Password for the selected user. The system follows a hierarchy: Managers can change assistant passwords, and Admins can change manager passwords.

How do I deactivate a user if they leave the company?

In the user list, find the user you want to deactivate. Under the Active/Inactive column, click the toggle button. A confirmation popup will appear — once confirmed, the user will be deactivated and won’t be able to log in. You can restore the user later using the same method.

How do I update a user’s role?

In the user list, go to the Role column and click the edit icon. A popup will appear where you can select the new role. Choose the role and save your changes — that’s it.
